Rakon had an urgent need for additional racks.

Eric Paton Ltd does urgent precision engineering work for Mt Wellington based RAKON. This company is a world leader in the development of high performance frequency control technology, based on quartz crystals, which lie at the heart of all electronic products.

RAKON had an urgent need for additional racks to carry crystals through an oven process. The existing supplier was producing, the racks at a rate of 3 per day.

Eric Paton Ltd was asked to help and after the initial set-up, was able to produce the racks at a rate of 18 per day, with 220 units supplied to date.

It is apparent that RAKON appreciated our efforts, with precision componentry being ordered on a regular basis.
